The Columbia Beach Restaurant’s culinary journey is founded upon our quest for great food, paired with the ambiance that only a Mediterranean seaside destination can provide. Headed by chef Vaggelis Moraitis, our kitchen staff’s devotion to fine dining is evident in dishes that range from local fare to international favourites and from regional classics to our house specialities. We source the freshest ingredients, make our own condiments and dressings, and even bake bread in an on-premise wood-burning oven so that every single detail comes together to create a wonderful dining experience that caters equally to sophisticated palates and nutritional requirements.
