MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Applies the default standard recipes for all dishes in accordance with the instructions of the Chef.
  • Ensures timely preparation, decoration and presentation of food according to standard recipes
  • Ensures that the proper implementation of hygiene guidelines is applied
  • Applies the internal rules and regulations of the Hotel
  • Performs any other related tasks to be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of Greek and English language
  • Have a pleasant personality
  • Team work, professionalism
  • Knowledge of the HACCP system will be appreciated
