SeasonalMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Applies the default standard recipes for all dishes in accordance with the instructions of the Chef.
- Ensures timely preparation, decoration and presentation of food according to standard recipes
- Ensures that the proper implementation of hygiene guidelines is applied
- Applies the internal rules and regulations of the Hotel
- Performs any other related tasks to be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Greek and English language
- Have a pleasant personality
- Team work, professionalism
- Knowledge of the HACCP system will be appreciated
