SeasonalMain Responsibilities
- Organising, managing and motivating all service staff in the restaurant
- Maintains Professional appearance standards
- Ensures that all menus are available and ready for use
- Willing to be hands on
- Ensures that the appearance of the staff as well as of the restaurant are up to the standards of the hotel
- Ensures the correct handling of all food stocks, as well as all the equipment in the restaurant
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in the restaurant according to the ISO and HACCP standards
- Ensuring that all service staff are trained
- Organizing, supervising and providing active support of all food & beverage activities
- Respond to Customers trends, needs, issues, comments to ensure a quality experience
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in food service/hospitality
- Degree/ diploma in the hospitality sector or related field will be considered a plus
- Excellent command of both Greek and English, Knowledge of Russian or German language will be considered as an advantage
- A good knowledge of food and wine
- Valid experience in a similar position at upper-class hotels or restaurants
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures
- Orientation to achieve goals
