Porter

Main Responsibilities

• Greeting guests on arrival
• Escort guests to their rooms, carry and label guests luggage
• Explains features of rooms and accommodation facilities, show them around their rooms and explain how any equipment works, such as TV, telephone,  air condition etc
• Tends to the needs of guests or passengers for the duration of their stay
• Describe the hotel facilities, such as the restaurant or swimming pool or  spa,  and show guests where they are
• Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications   

• Previous work experience as a Porter
• Good knowledge of Greek, English and Russian  language
• Have a pleasant personality
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Team work, professionalism
• Reliable and able to work occasional nights and weekends
