  • Create and curate a diverse and exciting menu, ensuring it aligns with our hotel’s culinary vision and the expectations of our clientele.
  • Lead and manage a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Maintain unwavering standards for food quality, presentation, and taste, while adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Effectively manage food costs, inventory, and budgets, optimizing profitability without compromising quality.
  • Stay at the forefront of culinary trends, introducing new concepts and dishes that elevate the dining experience.
  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to source the finest ingredients and products.


  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent culinary experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Exceptional creativity and an innovative approach to cuisine.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
