- Management of online and telephone reservations.
- Informing customers about payment methods and verifying their credit card information.
- Providing information about the hotel, rooms, rates and facilities.
- Confirm group bookings and make arrangements for personalized services for clients.
- Communication with travel agencies and hotel partners.
- Management of the hotel’s reservation system and other reservation platforms.
- Previous experience in a similar position is considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of Greek and English is essential, additional foreign languages will be appreciated.
- Very good computer knowledge
