Sales & Revenue Manager

On behalf of our clients, Liv Collections [https://www.livcollections.com/] we are looking for a Sales & Revenue Manager to lead sales efforts, optimize revenue strategies, and develop a customer loyalty program. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with expertise in sales, revenue management, and client relationship building in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:
•     Develop and implement sales and revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
•     Build and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other partners.
•     Lead the creation and management of a customer loyalty program to enhance guest retention and brand loyalty.
•     Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to optimize hotel revenue streams.
•     Negotiate and close corporate contracts, group bookings, and long-term partnerships.
•     Collaborate with marketing, reservations, and operational teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
•     Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and generate detailed revenue reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
•     3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, revenue management, or a related field.
•     Proven ability to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
•     Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
•     Experience in developing and managing a customer loyalty program.
•     Proficiency in CRM systems, revenue management software, and data analytics.
•     High level of proficiency in  English (Hebrew and Russian are an advantage).
•     Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
