Duties & Responsibilities

To be the general in charge of the Restaurants. Bear full responsibility for the appearance, cleanliness and preparation of all Restaurant areas and banqueting.
To keep a smooth and professional work relation with colleagues, staff and supervisors.
To have overall responsibility for staff training, so all staff, can serve according to the standards.
Ensure that adequate lighting and temperature conditions are provided for customers comfort.
Supervise the proper execution of the service from subordinates and monitor the progress of execution of the orders.
Το personally supervise the service and is be able to make ad hoc staff changes during the working day to relieve pressure.
Be sure to meet particular desires / petitions in food service within reasonable limits and in consultation with the kitchen.
Handle with skill and courtesy questions, complaints and minor customer in case of a serious incident to inform his/ her Manager as soon as possible.

Qualifications Requirements

Pleasant personality.
Great Level of Greek & English language.
Diploma from a Hotel School and/or experience in a relative position
Management and Leadership skills
