- Minimum 2 years experience in Hospitality Sales
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or related major
- Strong management skills
- Understands how to communicate, negotiate and network effectively
- Proven success in a similar role and environment
- Honesty and a passion for hard work
- Empathy towards your customers and colleagues
Duties and responsibilities
- Report to the Sales and Marketing Director
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profits
- Carry out research and analysis to identify new markets and business opportunities
- Prepare and distribute promotional and advertisement materials to create awareness of our company/hotels
- Responsible for corporate and Travel Agents sales
- Collaborate with event and wedding planners to ensure business from weddings
- Responsible for agreements/contracts with agents, companies, DMC’s
- Target, manage and develop relationships with key accounts potential for the company
- Participate in events, travel exhibitions and sales calls
- Participate in weekly/monthly meetings/calls with the rest of the S&M team
- Work closely with Yield & Revenue Manager
