We’re looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual to join the Commercial department in the role of a CRM & Database Officer. Working closely with our Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams, this role will act as the primary point of authority and accountability for the maintenance of Hubspot CRM while ensuring the effectiveness and security of the company’s databases. The CRM Officer will participate in workshops, perform ongoing maintenance tasks, gather new requirements, suggest process improvement projects, perform ongoing training to new and existing users, design solutions, and help with testing and final deployments.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Safeguarding the company’s databases in our systems
  • Creating all new users’ configuration, on-boarding and deactivation
  • Developing and testing new databases and system functionality in the CRM including but not limited to CRM automations, data categories fields and permission access rights
  • Data importing from various sources, data cleansing and manipulation to ensure data integrity in the CRM and other systems
  • Administering multiple maintenance functions with a primary goal of ensuring data quality, consistency and security
  • Building and managing dashboards, custom views, layouts, reports, process automation, and other custom modules to drive efficiencies and process improvement
  • Participating in business process discovery workshops and consequently designing the most effective ways to automate the marketing and sales processes into the CRM
  • Acting as a key person in one-off projects including system integration with third party software, testing and implementation
  • Troubleshooting errors that prevent the efficiency of the interaction between team members and technology
  • Supporting the Marketing team by ensuring correct database segmentation and assisting with email newsletters and other automated processes related to marketing campaigns
  • Providing initial and ongoing training to team members on how to properly use our CRM
  • Writing training material and hosting regular Q&A workshops to advise team members on the CRM
  • Writing and maintaining HubSpot CRM documentation

Key skills required:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a CRM administrator
  • Self-starter with a positive, can do attitude
  • Solid knowledge of CRM automation and workflows
  • Strong understanding of Hubspot CRM and how to effectively integrate sales, marketing and customer support processes into the CRM
  • Expert in project management, prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to cope with the demands of a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work with datasets and communicate complex systems in comprehensible ways
  • HubSpot certification and knowledge of Fidelio is a big plus
