Duties & Responsibilities

To maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene, cleanliness and appearance, and follow health and safety rules
To maintain working areas and utensils always clean before and after work
Apply and coach younger employees, for the general rules of Serving, and those who apply in this hotel
Perform the functions of the Department based on written procedures, the instructions of Restaurant Manager the hygiene and hotel policies
Be polite and always willing to serve their customers
Wipe tables and seats and replace tablecloths. Set tables according to policy standards
Empty and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning
Taking orders, serving and supervise the proper execution of the service from subordinates

Qualifications Requirements

Previous experience in same or similar job
Great Level of Greek & English language
Experience as a Head Waiter in a similar restaurant or Hotel environment
Attention to detail and organisational skills
