Hotel General Manager

We are currently recruiting for the position of Hotel General Manager for the GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels in Limassol, Cyprus.  The hotel will undergo an extensive makeover this winter that will include guest rooms, public areas, restaurants and many other facilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Academic background in Hotel Management or relevant field

· At least 5 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel in a similar role

· Holder of an EU passport

· A comprehensive operation hotel experience with exceptional service orientation and the ability to focus and deliver on guest satisfaction

· Proven leadership and communication skills in supporting team members to consistently attain personal and departmental performance goals.

· A strong understanding of budget and revenue management in a similar-sized property.

· Good knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001 and Health and Safety regulations

· Computer-literate with experience in hospitality systems

· Previous experience in the local (Cypriot) market

· Mother tongue: Greek

· Fluency in English

The successful candidate will be offered a very attractive remuneration package.
