We are currently recruiting for the position of Hotel General Manager for a five-star hotel in Limassol, Cyprus.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Academic background in Hotel Management or relevant field

· At least 5 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel in a similar role

· Holder of an EU passport

· A comprehensive operation hotel experience with exceptional service orientation and the ability to focus and deliver on guest satisfaction

· Proven leadership and communication skills in supporting team members to consistently attain personal and departmental performance goals.

· A strong understanding of budget and revenue management in a similar-sized property.

· Good knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001 and Health and Safety regulations

· Computer-literate with experience in hospitality systems

· Goof knowledge of the local (Cypriot) market

· Mother tongue: Greek

· Fluency in English
