OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / RECEPTIONIST

JOB PURPOSE:

The Administrator/Receptionist will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Answer phones professionally and direct calls as needed

·         Managing company correspondence as required e.g. emails, letters, etc.

·         Welcoming customers/guests and introducing them to the appropriate personnel

·         Keep an orderly front desk and reception

·         Typing, preparing, and disseminating correspondence, memos, invoices, forms, and agreements

·         Create and maintain up-to-date electronic and physical file system

·         Provide assistance to tenants and owners when needed

·         Perform other related duties as assigned

·         Be able to host and serve customers/guests upon arrival

·         Undertaking filing, scanning, electronic filing and any other organization task

·         Handling Tower’s security and maintenance issues

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

·         Fluency in the Russian and English language

·         Good communication skills

·         Knowledge of programs MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

·         Greek Language will be considered as an advantage

·         Teamwork spirit

·         Strong organizational and administrative skills

·         Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

 

Schedule:

·         Day Shift

·         Monday to Friday
