We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee our Food & Beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.

Job Description:

As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing the operations at GrandResort Hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy the finest experiences, maintaining the quality and consistency of our offerings, and leading a dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet services.
  • Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the F&B department.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dining experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service and offerings.
  • Coordinate and manage special events and functions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of managing successful food and beverage operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus.
  • Holder of an EU Citizenship
