Are you a talented writer seeking a new career in the luxury hotel industry?

We aim to recruit a full-time writer to join our Research & Development team. Our R&D team brings together in-house hotel specialists and external consultants tasked with the mission to innovate and develop our hotel services and internal processes. The R&D team reports directly to the CEO and Executive Chairman of Kanika Hotels and plays a vital role in Kanika Hotels’ overall growth strategy.

As the Policies & Procedures Writer, your role is to collaborate with the R&D team specialists to document internal policies and processes through technical writing. This includes operating manuals, system instructions, protocols, checklists and audits. In addition, you will be responsible for the administration of the above documents, including filing, publishing and editing them.

As a member of the R&D team you will participate in many exciting and creative projects covering various areas of Kanika Hotels’ operations. In addition, the above role provides an opportunity for personal development and promotion to supervisory and managerial positions.


Advanced writing, editing and typing skills in English
Ability to convert workflows into written procedures that are clear and easy to understand
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and the extraction of basic data from excel files
Proficient in text editor systems
Ability to create graphs and annotate images and screenshots
Ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis of policies and procedures
A bachelor’s degree and relevant technical writing experience are required. No previous expertise in the hotel industry is needed.
