Sales Associate

Function Overview

As our Sales Associate, your main mission will be to promote and sell our bar products and cocktail ingredients. You’ll be the face of our brand, building strong relationships with potential clients and understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions. Given our company’s size, your role will be diverse; in quieter times, you’ll be involved in various aspects of our bartending school, from administrative tasks to event support.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Act as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing information about our bartending courses, curriculum, and enrollment process.

·         Conduct outreach to leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions to generate interest and schedule tours of the facility.

·         Give tours of the school to prospective students, showcasing our facilities, classrooms, and hands-on training areas.

·         Build and maintain relationships with potential students, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing guidance throughout the enrollment process.

·         Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets by effectively following up with leads and converting them into enrolled students.

·         Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.

·         Attend networking events, job fairs, and other industry-related functions to promote the bartending school and expand our network.

·         Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and student inquiries using our CRM system.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1.                   Reports to his/her superiors anything that might be considered dangerous for the health & safety of the employees, the students or the guests

2.                   Prevents misuse or damage to any of the company’s equipment

3.                   He/She is always clean and presentable

4.                   Holds a health certificate and ensures that it is renewed yearly

5.                   Participates in any meetings or training sessions that are requested by the Management

6.                   This position requires travel to other towns for client meetings and sales activities

7.                   Is fully aware with:

a)       The fire and evacuation procedures of the company

b)       The company’s safety and health procedures

c)       The facilities and services offered by the company

d)       The operating procedures of his/her department

e)       The company’s rules and regulations

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in sales, preferably in the education or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry, bartending, or related fields is a plus.
  • Holder of an EU passport.
  • Fluency in English and Greek.
