Senior Sales Manager Leisure

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other key partners within his/her assigned market, driving revenue, and promoting Parklane as the premier luxury destination in Cyprus. The Senior Sales Manager will be also responsible for contracting, organizing, and hosting fam trips, actively traveling to his/her assigned market, or other exhibitions, as part of the strategy and the traveling plan, agreed with the other members of the sales team and the business development manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:

§ Develop and execute sales plans and strategies tailored to the assigned market.

§ Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.

§ Liaise with the overseas sales representatives contracted by Parklane.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

§ Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other key partners in the assigned market.

§ Conduct regular client visits, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows to promote Parklane Resort.

Product Knowledge and Promotion:

§ Possess in-depth knowledge of Parklane’s offerings, including accommodations, amenities, and services.

§ Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Parklane to clients and partners.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

§ Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

§ Monitor and manage existing contracts, ensuring compliance and renewal as necessary.

§ Distribute to the clients’ special offers and amendments to the contracted terms and conditions.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

§ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

§ Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance and market trends.

Marriott:

§ Liaise with the Marriott GSOs in the key markets.

§ Promote the hotel facilities, in light of the Marriott International policies and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.

 

General Responsibilities

To attend any meeting or training sessions as required by management.

To be conversant with:

§  The Hotel Fire Procedures

§  The Hotel Security Procedures

§  The Hotel facilities and attractions

§  The Hotel Health and Safety Policy and Procedures

§  Hotel operation standards and departmental procedures

§  Methods of payment accepted by the Company (cash handling staff only)

§  Current Licensing regulations (Food and Beverage Service department only)
