• Drive financial performance through cost control, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; Greek is a plus
