Position Overview

Responsible for coordinating all administrative tasks associated with the Project, and overseeing the Project’s daily functions ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met. The position reports to Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

Ø  Scheduling, coordinating and recording meetings

Ø  Preparing and providing internal documentation for the Project Manager and other members of the Project Management team

Ø  Filing, archiving and retrieving information when necessary, both in digital and hard form

Ø  Acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders

Ø  Monitoring and tracking project progress by keeping the project calendar up to date

Ø  Supporting the Project Management team with maintaining compliance requirements

Ø  Conducting general administrative duties as these may arise



Ø  BSc in Architecture / Civil or MEP Engineering / Project Management

Ø  3 or more years in a similar role

Ø  Office Administration and/or Project management background
