Position Overview

Responsible for planning, developing, controlling, and forecasting each aspect of the project’s budget; leading and coordinating the development of the project control Plan. The position reports to Project Manager.


Key responsibilities

Ø  Developing cost control procedures

Ø  Monitoring costs responsibility, including payments & expenditures

Ø  Designing, creating and monitoring a time schedule

Ø  Forecasting and managing any potential changes impacting the Project’s costs

Ø  Administering and handling estimations and claims

Ø  Compiling routine reports and data on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

Ø  Coordinating updates to schedules, quantity tracking, and administration of project documentation

Ø  Collaborating with the project management team to resolve project issues and

Ø  ensure the delivery/completion of the project work

Ø  Undertaking any related responsibilities to the role, as these may arise



Ø  BSc in Civil Engineering & Professional Qualification in Project Management

Ø  7 or more years in a similar role (Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveyor)

Ø  Project management background in the Construction Sector

Ø  Competent Primavera user

Ø  Membership to the Cyprus Scientific & Mechanical Chamber Members (ETEK)
