Position Overview

Responsible for implementing the governance of the project, as defined by the Head of Development.  Responsible for the coordination of all tasks concerning the project, the management of the Project Management Team, and for the liaising with the Project’s stakeholders. The position reports to Head of Development.


Key responsibilities

Ø  Managing, overseeing, and coordinating the Project Management Team

Ø  Supporting the Head of Development in the management of the Project stakeholders

Ø  Coordinating with the Head of Development to prevent any potential Project issues and to manage the Project’s risks

Ø  Monitoring the Project’s schedule and budget

Ø  Monitoring the Project’s permits and collaborating with the Head of Development for the development of the Project’s permitting strategy

Ø  Supporting the Head of Development in the evaluation of the Project’s consultants, contractors, and suppliers

Ø  Overseeing and coordinating the procurement of consulting services                                                                                                                                                                Managing, controlling and maintaining the Project’s documentation, with the support of the Project Administrator

Ø  Organizing and administering Project’s meetings, with the support of the Project Administrator

Ø  Providing progress reporting to the Head of Development & Construction




Ø  BSc or Project Management or Civil/MEP Engineering

Ø  10 or more years in a similar role

Ø  Project Management background and certifications
