FRONT DESK OFFICER

Job brief

Anemi Hotel & Suites is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience. The Front Desk Officer performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks on daily basis.

Responsibilities:

·         Checking guests in and out in a timely and efficient manner

·         Handling reservations, both over the phone and online

·         Answering phones and directing calls as necessary

·         Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner

·         Providing information about the hotel’s facilities and services

·         Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately

Requirements:

·         Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable

·         Solid knowledge of English & Greek languages

·         Proficiency in using Protel or similar hotel management system

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills

·         Professional attitude and appearance

·         Ability to be resourceful, and proactive when issues arise

·         Customer service attitude

·         Ability to work a flexible schedule
