Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is seeking to recruit a Baker.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use
Bake different bread types, like pretzels, baguettes and multigrain breads
Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies (e.g. chocolate ganache, caramel sauce and fruits)
Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries, including croissants, cookies and sweet rolls
Track food supplies and place orders, as needed

 

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of work experience at the same or similar position.
Good time management skills.
A person who communicates well and has a genuine smile.
