Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Waiter/Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, taking orders, serving drinks and snacks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the bar area. Key Responsibilities

– Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
– Take drink and snack orders efficiently and accurately.
– Serve beverages and light food items with attention to presentation and quality.
– Offer recommendations based on guest preferences
– Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organised at all times.
– Assist in preparing drinks as required and liaise with bartenders for special requests.
– Clear tables, collect empty glasses, and maintain a tidy bar area.

Requirements

– Previous experience as a Bar Waiter/Waitress or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– A friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
– Basic knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service (training will be provided).
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
