Cluster Front Desk Manager for Leonardo Cypria Maris & Leonardo Cypria Bay Hotels, Cyprus

On behalf of our clients we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Cluster Front Desk Manager to oversee the front desk operations at both Leonardo Cypria Maris and Leonardo Cypria Bay Hotels. This role involves managing the reception teams across two hotels with a combined total of 700 rooms. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, streamline front desk procedures, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma from a Hotel School.
  • Proficiency in Greek or English language.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for enhancing guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the front desk activities at both hotels.
  • Lead and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Implement and maintain front desk policies and procedures.
  • Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
