Key Responsibilities

– Decorate and present desserts attractively before service.

– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section.

– Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

– Ensure all pastries and desserts meet the hotel’s high standards for taste and presentation.

– Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency.

Requirements

– Previous experience in a pastry or bakery role is preferred.
– Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and baking methods.
– Attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality desserts.
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
– Strong team spirit and willingness to learn.
