Porter

• Checks the information log for problems and situations to be resolved from the previous shift.
• Checks the arrivals/departures report and takes any appropriate action.
• Reviews group rooming lists and make all necessary preparations.
• Has a complete knowledge of the Hotel’s facilities and is able to answer guest queries promptly, knowledgeably and in a discreet manner.
• Very important to have a driving’s license and knows how to drive very well.
