Guest Relations Officer
§ Ensure that all guests receive a courteous and warmly service upon check-in and check-out.
§ Deliver excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times.
§ Handle complaints with immediate action & through proper follow up.
§ Note down any special requests that guests may have and pass them to the relevant department.
§ Help guests with various tasks like arranging transport, excursions etc.
§ Help guests with organizing events such as birthday, anniversaries etc.
