Night Receptionist

§  Ensure that all guests receive a courteous and warmly service upon check-in and check-out.

§  Deliver excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times.

§  Handle complaints with immediate action & through proper follow up.

§  Ensure that guest data are correctly entered into the system.

§  Note down any special requests that guests may have and pass them to the relevant department.

§  Manage cash and in-house guests’ folio-accounts.

§  Verify revenues from all sources is accurately balanced and follows up on any discrepancies.

§  Perform End of Day procedure.
