Front Office Manager

On behalf of our clients, Atlantica Bay Hotel, member of Wavemaker Hospitality, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Front Office Manager to lead the front office operations and ensure outstanding service standards at every guest touchpoint..

A Front Office Manager is crucial in creating a positive and efficient guest experience. Effective communication, leadership skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Front Office operations, including Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, and Bell Services
  • Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experience
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and effectively
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B, and Maintenance departments
  • Monitor room availability, occupancy, and daily arrivals/departures
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and health & safety regulations
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
  • Manage Front Office budgets, costs, and inventory where applicable

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a hotel environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and guest-focused mindset
  • Experience with hotel PMS systems (Protel or similar preferred)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
