JUNIOR SOMMELIER

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sommelier role based in Carob Mill Restaurants Ltd. The Junior Sommelier will assist with wine selection and pairing to provide exceptional guest experiences, support wine-related sales, maintain the wine inventory, and contribute to the overall execution of the food and beverage program. Collaboration with the team to ensure high service standards and a memorable dining experience for guests is an essential aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Wine Pairing and Sommelier skills for curating exceptional dining experiences
• Experience in Wine Sales to promote and recommend wine offerings effectively
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage to integrate wine selection with diverse menus
• Strong Communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
• Passion for the wine industry and a commitment to continuous learning
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Certification in wine education is an advantage
• Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining
