  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Support cash handling and bill processing procedures when required.

  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
  • Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards are consistently followed.
  • Protect company assets and ensure the safety of guests and their belongings.
