We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Souvenir Attendant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in the souvenir shop.
  • Provide information about products and help guests with their purchases.
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
  • Promote hotel merchandise and special offers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of the English language; additional languages will be considered an asset.
  • Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
