Junior Entertainer – Paphos and Ayia Napa

We are currently seeking a Junior Entertainer to join our Entertainment Department. This entry-level role is ideal for energetic and motivated individuals who are passionate about entertainment, guest interaction, and performance, and who wish to develop their skills in a professional hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and animate daytime entertainment activities, games, and interactive programs
Engage guests in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner, encouraging participation
Assist in the organisation and setup of daytime activities, tournaments, and pool games
Ensure guest safety and enjoyment during all entertainment activities
Participate in nighttime entertainment shows as part of the performance team
Perform choreography and follow instructions from Senior Entertainers and Lead Performers
Attend rehearsals and support show preparation and execution
Work closely with the Entertainment team to ensure smooth daily operations
Use costumes, props, and entertainment equipment responsibly and report any damages
Represent the company positively during all guest interactions and performances

Qualifications & Experience:

1–2 years of experience in entertainment, dance, or related activities
Good dance ability, rhythm, and performance confidence
Energetic, friendly, and guest-oriented personality
Ability to lead small groups and interact confidently with guests
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn
Good command of English; additional languages are considered an advantage
Training or education in dance or entertainment will be considered an asset
