Stores & Purchasing Officer – Alexander the Great Hotel Paphos

Purchasing and storing products and raw materials essential for operating a luxury hotel is a critical function at Kanika Hotels & Resorts. If you have the right experience and personality, the Stores & Purchasing Officer role could be ideal for you.

You will lead your own team and collaborate with various departments to support Kanika Hotels & Resorts’ vision of providing guests with an exceptional holiday experience in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase products and raw materials according to company contracts and monitor store par levels
Research the market to balance quality and pricing effectively
Stay updated on market trends for products and materials
Collaborate with the Central Purchasing Department to ensure correct product purchases at agreed prices
Ensure compliance with financial policies related to Purchasing and Storekeeping

Qualifications and Experience:

High School Leaving Certificate; a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Quality, or Finance is a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 4-star or 5-star hotel
Proficient in Greek and English
Strong computing skills; experience with Fidelio Materials software is advantageous
Excellent organizational and reporting skills
