Job Overview:

Ararat Signature Collection is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Public Areas Restaurant Cleaners to join our dynamic pre-opening team. In this vital role, you’ll help maintain the pristine, welcoming atmosphere that defines our five-star dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all restaurant areas, including dining spaces, bar, and restrooms, are kept impeccably clean and presentable.
Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, floors, and other surfaces before, during, and after service.
Support the team by managing waste disposal and ensuring recycling procedures are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in back-of-house areas, including staff spaces and storage rooms.
Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
Assist with setting up and resetting the dining area for different meal periods or special events.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a cleaner in a restaurant, hotel, or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
A strong work ethic and passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
Understanding of hygiene, health, and safety guidelines (training provided).
