As a Public Areas Maid, you will maintain cleanliness in all lobbies and public spaces. This role is crucial for creating a positive guest experience, requiring a friendly and honest approach while addressing guest requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver friendly, professional service while maintaining cleanliness in public areas, including restaurants and banquet halls
Empty trash, polish furniture, and ensure the hotel entrance is tidy
Complete daily tasks from the Housekeeper and adhere to Lost and Found procedures
Maintain a cleaning schedule for all assigned areas

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel; high school diploma required
Detail-oriented with a professional attitude and ability to work independently under pressure
Must remain calm and courteous at all times, with proficiency in English
EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
