SPA Manager

Position Summary:

The Spa Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, development and smooth operation of the Myrianthousa Spa at Casale Panayiotis. This role requires a professional who is passionate about wellness, guest experience and team development, ensuring the spa continues to deliver excellence in services, treatments and atmosphere, in line with the high standards and values of Casale Panayiotis.

 Key Responsibilities: 

Guest Experience & Service Excellence 

·         Ensure all guests receive exceptional, personalized service from arrival to departure.

·         Handle guest concerns or feedback with professionalism and efficiency.

·         Continuously monitor treatment quality and guest satisfaction.

Operations Management 

·         Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring all facilities, equipment, and treatment rooms are immaculate and functioning properly.

·         Maintain stock control and ensure timely ordering of products, linens, and consumables.

·         Manage spa bookings, scheduling therapists and treatment availability to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Team Leadership & HR 

·         With the HR department, recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of therapists and spa receptionists.

·         Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance appraisals.

·         Motivate the team to achieve targets and embody the values of Casale Panayiotis.

Financial Management 

·         With the GM, prepare and manage the annual spa budget and monthly forecasts.

·         Monitor spa revenue and expenses, taking action to maximize profitability.

Sales & Marketing 

·         With the Sales team, create promotions, packages, and seasonal offers.

·         Work closely with the Marketing team to promote the spa through social media, newsletters, and special campaigns.

·         Proactively contribute ideas for wellness packages and cross-promotions with the hotel and Marathasa Wines.

Health & Safety 

·         Ensure the spa operates in full compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

·         Conduct regular inspections and implement best practices for cleanliness and guest safety.

 

Requirements: 

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role within a luxury spa or wellness environment.

·         Proven leadership and team management skills.

·         Ability to manage budgets and financial targets

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

·         Ability to work under pressure and handle guest feedback calmly and professionally.

·         Fluent in English.  (Greek and/or Russian an advantage).

·         Relevant qualifications in spa or wellness management and therapy are an advantage.
