Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner
· Schedule appointments using our booking system
· Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
· Provide information about our services and promotions
· Maintain a clean and organized reception area
· Process payments and handle cash transactions
· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
· Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and booking software
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
