Our restaurants are at the heart of the guest experience, and we are looking for a passionate, friendly and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

The Role
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be an important part of our Front of House team, ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive and professional service from the moment they arrive until the end of their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and serve guests with a warm, professional and friendly approach.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the Kitchen and Bar teams.
Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations and information about menu items, daily specials and promotions.
Respond to guest requests, questions and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation within the restaurant.
Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and an exceptional guest experience.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
Positive attitude, professional approach and strong team spirit.
Ability to remain calm, organised and attentive to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English; knowledge of Greek or another language is an advantage.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Most importantly, a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome and valued.
