Hotel Room Sales Manager

On behalf of our clients, Liv Collections [https://www.livcollections.com/] we are looking for a Hotel Room Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, optimize revenue strategies, and develop a customer loyalty program. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with expertise in sales, revenue management, and client relationship building in the hospitality sector.

Position Purpose:
Overall responsibility for promoting, managing, and selling hotel rooms in the LIV Collection chain to private customers, travel agencies, companies, and business entities. The role aims to increase occupancy and profitability through strategic planning, collaborations, campaigns, and customer retention initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel sales – strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding and experience with digital booking platforms (OTA) – required.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English – excellent speaking, writing, and reading skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High service orientation, professional presence, and strong interpersonal skills.
