Project Coordinator
On behalf of our clients, we are looking for a Project coordinator to support the project managers by handling day-to-day tasks, organizing resources, and facilitating communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing project documentation, tracking progress, resolving minor issues, and communicating with stakeholders. Essential skills for this role are excellent time management, strong communication and organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with project management software
- Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking, ensuring timely completion of works.
- Coordinate communication between contractors, consultants, site teams, and management.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.
- Support resource and budget management, including allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Identify and report risks or issues, propose corrective measures, and ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (mandatory).
• 5–7 years of proven experience in construction project coordination or site supervision.
• Solid knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
