Team Leadership
- Support, guide, and motivate restaurant staff during daily operations.
- Lead by example and assist the team whenever needed.
- Conduct daily team briefings and assign responsibilities.
- Help train and develop team members to improve performance and service standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning.
Guest Experience
- Welcome guests and ensure they receive friendly, professional service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Respond to guest questions regarding menus, food, beverages, and special requests.
- Ensure guests with dietary requirements or allergies are properly assisted.
Restaurant Operations
- Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared before service begins.
- Monitor table setups, cleanliness, presentation, and overall dining environment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Support cash handling and bill processing procedures when required.
- Assist with inventory control and stock management.
Quality & Standards
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
- Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards are consistently followed.
- Protect company assets and ensure the safety of guests and their belongings.
- Follow operational procedures and contribute to cost-effective restaurant management.
Growth & Development
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving guest satisfaction and restaurant performance.
- Stay up to date with menu knowledge and service standards.
- Continuously develop your leadership and hospitality skills.
