Revenue Executive

On behalf of our clients, we are looking for a Hotel Revenue Executive to join our dynamic team in maximising revenue and optimising hotel performance for the Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Limassol and The Landmark Hotel in Nicosia.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Assist in the development and execution of revenue management strategies to maximize hotel profitability.

✔️ Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to optimize room rates and occupancy.

✔️ Monitor and manage online distribution channels and OTA platforms to ensure competitive positioning.

✔️ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align pricing and promotional strategies.

✔️ Generate reports and provide insights on revenue performance and market trends.

✔️ Support the implementation of revenue management systems and tools.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience in revenue management, reservations, or hotel operations.

✅ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and revenue management software (e.g., Opera, IDEAS, STR).

✅ A keen eye for data trends and the ability to make strategic pricing decisions.

✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

✅ Knowledge of hospitality distribution channels and e-commerce strategies.

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.

✅ Fluency in English, Greek desirable.
