Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and travel content?

On behalf of our clients, Wavemaker Hospitality we are looking for a Social Media and Content Assistant to support the execution of our marketing strategies across our diverse resort portfolio in Cyprus and Greece.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s eager to grow in the hospitality and lifestyle marketing space, gain on-site experience, and work on high-impact visual and social campaigns.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
🔗 Social Media Management

• Assist in executing multi-platform social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
• Curate, schedule, and publish engaging and brand-aligned content
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages on main accounts
• Research trends and competitors to keep our content fresh and relevant
• Track and analyze performance metrics and assist in reporting

🎥 Content Creation & Production

• Support the planning and execution of photoshoots and video production at our resort destinations
• Assist with logistics, setup, and coordination of creative sessions
• Capture on-brand, high-quality visuals that bring our hospitality experiences to life

🎨 Branding & Storytelling

• Ensure all visuals, captions, and media follow brand guidelines
• Assist in crafting compelling stories through social and visual content
• Support the selection of images for sales and marketing initiatives

🤝 Team Collaboration & Insights

• Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams
• Help monitor content performance and suggest improvements

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• A creative, detail-oriented individual passionate about branding and travel
• Knowledge of social media platforms and visual storytelling
• Basic photo/video editing skills and content planning experience is a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel to our resorts in Cyprus and Greece
• Strong organizational and communication skills
