Pool Services Supervisor – Paphos and Ayia Napa

Kanika Hotels & Resorts is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Pool Supervisor to ensure the safe, hygienic and fully compliant operation of all swimming pools and water facilities in accordance with Cyprus Regulation 20 and company standards.

Main Responsibilities:

Pool Operations & Water Quality Control

• Monitor daily water measurements (pH, chlorine, temperature, turbidity)
• Supervise cleaning, filtration and disinfection processes
• Ensure correct chemical dosing and safe chemical handling

Safety & Lifeguard Supervision

• Supervise lifeguards and prepare weekly schedules
• Ensure safety signage and pool rules are properly displayed
• Train staff in hygiene standards and emergency procedures

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain daily logs, chemical records and microbiological test results
• Ensure full compliance with legal requirements
• Report incidents and support inspections by authorities

Preventive Maintenance

• Monitor pool plant room systems in coordination with Engineering
• Identify risks and technical issues
• Ensure lighting and circulation systems operate correctly

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Training and/or experience in pool operation & maintenance
• Knowledge of Regulation 20 requirements
• Valid Health Certificate & First Aid Certificate
• EU Citizen or legally residing in Cyprus
• Good command of Greek and English
• Strong organisational and supervisory skills
