Your Role

As a Chambermaid, you will ensure our guest rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your role is essential to creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for every guest. Working closely with the housekeeping team, you will contribute to delivering the quality and care that define our hospitality experience.

What You’ll Do

Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to company standards.
Replace linens, towels, and amenities, ensuring all rooms are well-stocked and welcoming.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost items promptly to the supervisor.
Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and safely.
Support laundry duties when required, ensuring timely delivery of fresh linens.
Follow all health, hygiene, and safety procedures during daily tasks.
Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Ensure a discreet, respectful approach when working in guest areas.

What We Value

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not required.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and comfort with a role that involves standing, walking, and lifting.
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning procedures (training provided).
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
A respectful and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.
