Chief Engineer – Alexander the Great Hotel Paphos

As Chief Engineer, you will lead your team in maintaining the hotel to the highest standards, ensuring quick, efficient technical support and repairs. We will provide the resources to help you inspire and motivate your department. Your efforts will be recognized and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the maintenance team to achieve high service standards
Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth operation of hotel facilities and equipment
Maintain top-quality services for guests and hotel departments
Plan and organize preventive maintenance and ongoing staff training
Foster strong team spirit within the department

Qualifications and Experience:

Mechanical Engineering Diploma with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role at 4 or 5-star hotels
Fluent in English with knowledge of Environmental & Health Safety standards
Strong organizational skills, able to create energy-saving reports
EU/Non EU citizen
