HEAD CHEF

A.N. Stasis Estates PLC is looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team of the 4* Avlida Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. The hotel provides a buffet for AI, HB and BB guests and is in operation all year round.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Control and direct the food preparation process
• Direct and oversee the execution of daily menus
• Set, adjust and overview all recipes
• Supervise, guide and control cooks and kitchen staff
• Ensure great presentation of the served food
• Ensure all food and other ingredients are stored properly
• Order from stores stock
• Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
• Maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous working experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
• Knowledge of Greek and/or English Language
• Professionalism and responsibility
